Due to growth within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) areas, we currently have various positions available in our SIL teams. 

SIL is a 24 hour program that is built around each customer’s individual needs. SIL staff support people to live as independently as possible with maximum choice and control of their own lives by assisting them with daily routines and supporting the development of life skills.

We work together to get to know each person individually and understand their interests, likes, dislikes and goals for the future, helping them to achieve great lives.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Provide quality and specialist behaviour support through assessments, observation and analysis, and the provision of support services and assistance in the development and evaluation of behaviour support and intervention programs for children, young people, and adults with disability.
Business Development Manager
Develop and diversify services by working alongside the local community and businesses to understand and identify service opportunities, workforce opportunities and partnership opportunities to enable customers to live the life they choose, as well as to increase revenue and ensure future growth of the organisation is guaranteed. The Business Development Manager assists the organisation to maximise profits, whilst forming
strong community linkages and representing the organisation’s values and brand.
Data Officer
Provide high quality data and transactional support for operations and business solutions functions. The Data Officer will assist in ensuring data integrity throughout the organisation.
Out of Home Care Key Worker
Provide personalised and innovative support to people that reflect their individuality, needs and culture. The Key Worker will also act as the principle resource and single point of contact for a family, providing them with support, resources and information tailored to meet their individual needs and helping them access and coordinate the services they need.
Disability Support Workers
Provide active support, care, and encouragement of individuals in the community living with disabilities. A Disability Support Worker works
alongside customers and their families/carers to support them to achieve their goals and to improve their quality of life.
Temporary Recruitment Officer (March – May)
Perform all tasks required within the recruitment and selection process.
Allied Health Assistant
Providing a range of direct and indirect supports under the direct supervision and/or delegation of Allied Health Professionals. An Allied Health
Assistant (AHA) will also provide independent support to children and young people with developmental delay or disabilities in a range of environments, including centre, home and community based, or as required by each family as per their support plan prepared by the Allied Health Professionals.
Allied Health Therapists – Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist
Provide quality clinical and specialist supports by performing assessments and planning for children with developmental delay or disabilities in a range of environments, including centre, home and community based, or as required by each family.
Support Coordinator
Support customers to understand and implement the funded supports in their NDIS plan and link customers to community, mainstream and other
government services and providers. Ensure a customer’s NDIS plan is optimised in order for the customer to receive the best possible support.
